Great customer service. Honest and knowledgeable concerning all matters plumbing. If they can't do it then they refer you to excellent tradesmen who can. Very reasonable prices.

I came home last night to no hot water. After draining and flushing my hot water tank, it was apparent that the problem was bigger than that. I called Plumbing Connection this morning around 8 a.m. and they were at my house at 9. Tracy and Elliott tried everything they could to get the water heater going but quickly ascertained that the pilot unit would need to be replaced. They tracked down the needed part from the distributor here in town and came back this afternoon and got it installed and made sure everything was working. Very nice and experienced guys and the price was more than fair, I highly recommend them.

I had a similar experience as Max J. I had a furnace inspection scheduled and no one showed up. I finally called to inquire and was told that they had been calling my phone to confirm the appointment that morning and got no answer—turns out it was because they got my phone number wrong when they wrote it down (which was bizarre because I was already an existing customer). Tracy showed up about an hour later—two hours after my initial appointment time. He services the furnace, pointed out something he thought should be fixed and offered to give me a quote but then never did. I decided to give them another try for my rental property and then they showed up an hour earlier than the appointment and said they couldn’t do the time we had scheduled the appointment for. So no service. They apologized to my tenant and said they would call to reschedule. No call yet. I want to support small local businesses and understand they have resource constraints but this is just ridiculous. How about you just show up on time to your scheduled appointments? (And maybe develop a more sophisticated system for storing customer information if your solution to not being able to get someone on the phone is to not show up at all.)

I have known the family business Plumbing Connection for years. They are honest and you can trust them completely. That is wonderful.

These guys are great! They were recommended to me by a respected contractor. I called them a few days ago to scheduled an appointment. They came a few days later, inspected everything and got my gas fire place up and running quick! Thanks guys!
